Qualification: Christopher has received formal training in Zen, Mahamudra, Dzochen from the Tibetan traditions, Vipassana and Vedanta from the Indian traditions, and Mindfulness and Shambhala from the relatively modern American traditions.
He has attended numerous training retreats, taking on the life of a monk in monasteries in Nepal, New York, Colorado, and San Francisco, and is on his way to a two week retreat in India.
Christopher has had the pleasure of teaching meditation worldwide. He has given formal meditation instruction in the Philippines, Wales, London, New York, and Colorado in addition to holding residency on Celebrity Cruise Lines.
YIN YOGA BENEFITS
If you have pain of stiff knees and an aching back. By stretching the connective tissue, yin approach works to promote flexibility in areas often perceived as nonmalleable, especially the hips, pelvis, and lower spine allowing you to feel release.
